The times I posted yesterday were incorrect; there was some major shifting around for Lucy’s autograph line that was emailed to me today. So if you are at Dragon*Con please check the times as I can’t give you accurate info at this point other than saying that Lucy is signing autographs.
The cost of the autographs are $75 USD.
