The Standup 2 Cancer benefit will screen on US TV and YouTube
on 7 September (US) and 8 September (Aust / NZ). This is the
third benefit for the organisation that is fighting to build
build public support for groundbreaking translational research
accelerating the delivery of new therapies to patients, getting
them from the "bench to the bedside" as quickly as possible.
SU2C brings together scientists from different disciplines
across various institutions to collaborate.
As many of you know, we lost
Andy
Whitfield on 11 September 2011 from Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Lucy Lawless, Starz and Be Here Now (the Andy Whitfield
documentary) combined to lend their support for the event.
If you are in the US, The September 7 telecast
will air simultaneously on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as
